Fixed as of wine-1.3.37 with both Linux/ALSA and MacOS. Now the SetFormat
checks are good enough for this app. WINEDEBUG=warn+heap does not make a
difference anymore.

Got a glVertex3f crash on MacOS 10.5.8 once, though.
