[Bug 24436] the ping command with a wine cmd does nothing

I think: if there exists a ping command in WINE, it should operate correctly.

Sure, I can use the LINUX ping, but if you think so, then a lot of WIN programs
are obsolete in WINE (why then WINE supports the InternetExplorers for
instance?)
