Surely this is a Wine problem simply because Wine doesn't change resolutions
properly with the nvidia drivers!

How is this bug invalid if the problem is clear that Wine doesn't support the
nvidia method of changing screen resolution, and instead relies on xrandr which
doesn't do anything to the screen because I have nvidia drivers?
