Thank you very much, Rémi.

I applied the patch on top of master (5942da6c6ca) and I'm very happy to report
that WINEDEBUG=+no_size,+no_flush makes the game work normally again. I tested
all combinations for completeness and WINEDEBUG=+no_size works okay too.
