Kill it (winemenubuilder) and run wine notepad. Exit it. Does winemenubuilder stays running? Yeah, it's still running, but I noticed that if I end winemenubuilder process wineserver starts use 0-1% of cpu. (I think you speak russian, so I can explain my problem in it for better understanding :) )

So far it is just you who has reported this problem, it would be critical if it affected all users. Please answer the questions in comment #1. wine 1.1.35. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20279 there is another man with such problem and no solution for me.
