I am using the latest wine 1.6 rc-1, Kubuntu 13.10. The movie part works just fine, but when starting the game there is a huge white thing on right top corner that is totally white. I cannot see any of the characters while playing. I have had this issue since I tried this game.
I have the same issue. Even with git version wine-1.7.8-42-gf50ead6 Movie part starts fine, when game starts there is a white circle that takes up 1/8th of the screen top right corner. I can see a room but no characters, can somewhat move around but it is choppy and client freezes eventually.
