In the meantime I had the chance to check the installation of BOSE SoundTouch:
With "wine staged v2.4" the installation finishes without hassle.

BUT: The application doesn't work as intended, because it cannot find the
device. Neither via WIFI or LAN, nor via USB.

So the initial problem still exists: SoundTouch doesn't run under wine.
