[Bug 38012] Shivers video does not play in fullscreen

Could you put this bug as a a duplicate of 39768?
Finally it is more a limitation from the game, it has not a true fullscreen
mode and the videos are not automatically adapted to the desktop resolution.
To play Shivers on modern computer/Screens, it misses a feature to wine to
scale/stretch the game screen to the desktop resolution, like Dosbox, ScummVM
and many emulators already did.
