It gets further then , but fails in the end anyway. I tested Nokia_PC_Suite_rel_6_86_9_3_eng_web.exe i had lying around here; You can also try unpack the executable with '7za x Nokia_PC_Suite_rel_6_86_9_3_eng_web.exe' Looks like there are three installers, Nokia_Connectivity_Cable_Driver.msi, PCCS.msi, and Nokia_PC_Suite.msi. The first one installs fine for me, the second one locks up my computer, maybe you could try if you have more luck with that one.
