[Bug 46380] user32/tests/ winstation.c leaves behind an explorer window under valgrind

Small correction; scripts wait for `make -k test` to finish, which it doesn't
with that process running:

time sh -c "make -k test 2>&1 | tee \"$logfile\" || true"

# Kill off winemine and any stragglers
"$WINESERVER" -k || true


winemine is running before this, and doesn't cause a hang.
