[Bug 38172] Smite: Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service fails

That is actually problem with game launcher, precisely service called
HiRezUpdate. Tested few minutes ago and it still happens. I'll update test
result in Palladins when i'll check old tricks to get it working. Both games (
Palladins, SMITE) can't be run at older versions, there is no way to test again
a older version. Shouldn't current tests (and bugs, workarounds) be merged?
