[Bug 53022] Hitomi downloader fails to start with "Failed to create temporary directory"

This means that the program was normally run after installing Windows in
virtualbox from Ubuntu This has nothing to do with wine.
And I checked that the error "INTERNAL ERROR: Cannot create temporary
directory." comes from the winehq 7.0 version. And the error "msvcp140.dll
could not be extracted from open permission denied" is an error from version
7.7 and 7.8.
