[Bug 38944] RebelBetting: Arb browser uses incorrect stakes

It turns out that this only occurs for the first arb selected (the top row).
Possibly the same cause as Bug 38945.

Could it be that the internal numbering for the rows is getting messed up (row
0 versus row 1)?
