[Bug 34814] wineconsole truncates argument string in 256 bytes

Bruno,

I tested this with 'wineconsole cmd.exe help' and a lot of arguments. The
resulting error (expected!) repeated the entire argument string, e.g. 'No help
available for <long series of arguments>'.

Previously, the argument string was truncated at 256 chars.
