What I've done is: 1. Execute cspro40.exe and complete installation, selecting the option of "all components". 2. Launch CSEntry.exe in the C:\Program Files\CSPro 4.0\ directory. 3. Select the Examples\CAPI\capi.ent file in the spawned open file dialog. 4. Press OK for the file associations dialog. 5. Enter an arbitrary string in the operator ID dialog (I chose t3st1D).
