The installer is a non-msi installshield one, and the app was made with vb5. I'll attach the output of http://host1.telechart.tv/tcinstall/telechartinst.exe WINEDEBUG=+dialog,+text,+ole,+relay ~/wine-git/wine telechartinst.exe before the error... after it runs overnight.
