On macOS Kerberos support requires installing the MIT Kerberos libraries using
something like Homebrew. So it's quite likely that Kerberos support is missing
because these libraries are missing.

There are two things to do:
* The test should skip if Kerberos support is missing.
* Check if installing the Kerberos libraries on the macOS test machines is
feasible.
