[Bug 43783] Cannot activate Office2013 (KMS nor MAK)

It looks like it never tried to use network for activation. I could not sniff
anything.

I'll double bet on this:

008e:trace:winhttp:resolve_hostname failed to get IPv4 address of L"" (Name or
service not known), retrying with IPv6
008e:trace:winhttp:resolve_hostname failed to get address of L"" (Name or
service not known)

This error is new. It was not present on previous logs.

BTW, I'm using wine 3.7
