Still an issue in wine 1.7.20.
I really need this program to run in wine for my work.
I am willing to donate 50 USD to wine it will install and run properly.

I accept only actually patches added to wine, or instructions on installing
additional programs and dll overwrites. I don't want to deal with patches only
for me, which I will need to apply to wine source code and compile wine myself.
