We are with 6.2 at a state where 
fixme:d3d12_device_CheckFeatureSupport: Unhandled feature 0x1e.
fixme:d3d12_root_signature_info_count_descriptors: Unhandled unbound descriptor
range.

briefly shows up and then it falls back to dx11
