http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19424 Summary: Xlib: Maximum number of clients reached for ANY application Product: Wine Version: 1.1.26 Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: P2 Component: wineserver AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: toxygen1(a)gmail.com Recently I upgraded from stable to latest development. I did compile by hand, config being: ./configure --with-x --x-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib/ --x-includes=/usr/X11R6/include/ I'm using Mac OS X 10.4.11 + XQuartz-1.4.2-apple44 (also compiled by hand) any other applications (except wine) cooperate with Xorg nicely, opengl working, everything's fine. However if I try to run any application, even notepad, I get hundreds of messages: Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server Xlib: Maximum number of clients reached I included part of output as attachment. Also, sometimes after closing wine & wineserver I'm not able to run any other application in Xorg anymore, I must restart Xorg. But that's not always the case. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
