[Bug 35949] Starcraft Campaign Editor does not highlight links in triggers on hover

It turns out that StarEdit actually needed WM_SETCURSOR to trigger EN_LINK (it
doesn't care about EN_LINK after WM_MOUSEMOVE). I've submitted a patch that
would fix this bug:
