[Bug 15518] Garena won't start Warcraft3

I have had this problem before where Garena is not able to start War3 properly
at all, not even to the main screen. And since (I assume) War3 does not try to
do any network stuff until you click on the LAN game button, I suspect this is
not the same as the 16047.

Though I could not reproduce this problem anymore, either because of a newer
wine, or a newer Garena.
