PLSV (Planetary, Lunar, and Stellar Visibility), a wonderful and extremely
useful astronomy freeware (
http://www.alcyone.de/planetary_lunar_and_stellar_visibility.html ) does not
run with Wine 1.6.2 on my Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon 64-bit. Is installs, but then
gives the following error message when trying to execute:

Access violation at address 0049E682 in module 'plsv.exe'. Read of address
00000000.
