Then I installed 1.5 beta patch (1.497) link below http://giantswd.org/download.php?offsite=1&id=947&d=http://s149432842.online... Then the game instead of "DirectDraw HAL Wine D3D7 T&L HAL" showed: "ATI Radeon 2900 XT Display" (I have HD3850). Also f.ex. FlatOut2 detects "Radeon 2900 XT" card, so maybe it's connected with detecting driver, not resolution (It can't be HAL driver set?)
