I was looking into this and found a Blue post from the wow forums saying this could happen because of addons and/or something with the WTF folder. Of course I can't find this post again, but I'm going to try and disable all addons and then backup & delete the WTF folder when I get the chance. Reinstalling might also be an alternative. Just putting this here now in case anyone else are able to test it before me.
