1.Download from http://down.neoimaging.cn/neoimaging/NeoImagingSetup_4.4.1.exe

2.winetricks riched20 to fix bug#38079

3.cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Thunder Network/NeoImaging/Program

4.wine nEOiMAGING4.exe, then the app would crash.

winetrcks winhttp could fix it.
