java_ee_sdk-6u1-jdk-windows.exe installer fails early in the install because it is unable to obtain a needed resource so it is impossible to start the java virtual machine or it's installer. Java 6 Enterprise SDK is supposed to be a very stable version of Java for Windows.
Why are you running from wine cmd.exe? We can't see any of wine's output if you do that. Please attach a log using: $ wine java_ee_sdk-6u1-jdk-windows.exe &> log.txt and attach log.txt here. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
