[Bug 23832] Mass Effect 2 stutter on initial rotation after awakening

I have only tested this with nvidia cards and their proprietary drivers,
but it happened with all versions I tested (some cards worse than others).

It would be interesting to hear what the situation is with Intel and AMD
cards/drivers.
