[Bug 31039] Visual C++ 2005 Express SP1 install fails

Use the right wineprefix.  Either use --no-isolate when installing
vc2005express, or do
 WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.local/share/wineprefixes/vc2005express
 export WINEPREFIX
when installing vc2005expresssp1.
