That tool sets the LARGEADDRESSAWARE flag on the binary.  It's probably the
same as "editbin /LARGEADDRESSAWARE foo.exe".

Berillions mentioned that this only works in a 32 bit wineprefix;
the game has other problems in a 64 bit wineprefix.
