Errata corrige: Removing starforce not effect, but another time wineserver not
terminate when i have restart winecfg. :~

But i discover that deleting this registry key:

0059:warn:ntoskrnl:ZwLoadDriver failed to start service
L"\\Registry\\Machine\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\WineHID"

Definitely eliminate the problem.

Now winecfg start immediately also after "wineserver -k".

And that seem properly of wine. :-\
