I confirm this is happening on Batman: Arkham Asylum/ City as well ( I'm not sure which version of SecuROM is in use though ). I've actually tried to get my activations limit increased, and they replied writing "Please note that SecuROM does not work correctly under Linux. The problem is that the created activation files won´t be saved as foreseen."
