My suggestion would be to install debug symbols package for Wine and generate
another log with more debug info, also setting WINEDEBUG=+msvideo,+tid will
give more output.

It looks like this software is freely available, but the question is what
hardware does one need to try it? Will a simple USB webcam work for example?
