+msxml trace

After running the installer, clicking finish pops up a dialog saying:
"No matching elements found."

click ok and then you get a second dialog:

"Unable to launch GKLauncherSetup.exe"

click ok, and a second installer does run. Terminal shows:
fixme:msxml:domdoc_load VT type not supported (16392)
fixme:msxml:domdoc_get_parseError (0x123a9cc)->(0x322294): creating a dummy
parseError

Native msxml3 gets rid of both errors of the error dialogs. +msxml attached.
