[Bug 16627] Sword of the Stars: command-and-control units do not display last digit in fleet management

With the patch it crashes before I can get to the fleet screen.  Well, it pops
up a message box saying "Application error encountered.  A diagnostic file will
be saved." with an OK button.  On pressing OK, it follows that with "Saved dump
file to 'Mars.dmp'" and it dies ungracefully after pressing OK again.
