Putting native hnetcfg.dll into c:\windows\system32 and registering the
hnetcfg.dll and sfFTPLib.dll will make the error message "Fatal Error:
sfFTPLib.dll is not registered correctly" got away.

The new error message is than "Internal application error" ..
