I just want to state that for me personally the first "hack" appeared in
0.9.46.

If you apply the latest patch from Andrey Turkin i would rate WC3 as garbage
because i ONLY play a custom map (DOTA). There are over 200k DotA Player in
Europe.

dota-allstars.com <- the custom map

dota-league.com <- the league
