Are you here to SPAM of what?

Have you tried running uTorrent 3 at all? It's still largely broken and
unusable.

Comments calling to fix a particular bug are not how Wine development occurs.
If you are really interested you could hire someone and pay him to solve your
favorite bug. However even in this case there's no guarantee the fix will be
merged with Wine's code.
