It may be someone who doesn't know what the software is even supposed to do. It may take a few years at which point it's unclear if the bug was accidentally fixed in the mean time. That's why exact reproduction steps and links to the specific software version are important. My testing was done on EndeavourOS (Arch-based, just like Garuda) with KDE Plasma x11.
And I guess the problem that makes it not appear in game may comes from somewhere else ? How do you start Guild Wars? If you have it in Steam and just press the play button there, the game and blish will launch in different wine prefixes and not even see each other.
