robocopy is in the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools and it needs some reg
entries

environment string variables under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment (New String
Value)

COMMONPROGRAMFILES(X86) C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files

PROGRAMFILES(X86) C:\Program Files (x86)

PUBLIC C:\users\Public
