(This seems to be the next problem after bug 12838.)

To repeat:

rm -rf ~/.wine
wget http://download.spiceworks.com/Spiceworks.exe
mkdir tmp
cd tmp
7z x ../Spiceworks.exe
wine spiceworks_package.exe

This outputs:
