The bug seems to have been introduced in a library called wined3d.dll. If I
drop the version from 10.0 into 10.0_2, everything works. I think that might
make this a Wine problem again. It doesn't matter what version of MoltenVK I
use.

I am going to try to isolate whatever changes could have happened in the short
window between Wine 10.0 and Wine 10.0_2 (probably Wine 10.0_1 even, but I
haven't tested the fix there).
