[Bug 41029] DeSmuME 0.9.8 crashes whenever "control config" is clicked

Application is doing:

SetDlgItemTextW(hDlg, control_id, (LPWSTR)control_id);

Read access address 0x0000c350 corresponds to IDC_LABEL_UP.

I sent a patch for default procedure as it's not specific to particular control
