[Bug 30219] Minitab 16 crashes if a Partial Factorial Design of Experiments is chosen

While using (native, builtin) usp 10 override, the processing does go on for a
while before the crash dialog box appears. The output of the partial factorial
design is seen being generated upto 4 rows, and then the crash dialog appears. 

While using builtin, the crash dialog is instantaneous after pressing OK
button.
