wine-1.5.6-32-g00fb537 console output

SlingPlayer 1.3.0.176 crashes when trying to connect to the Slingbox in
wine-1.5.6-32-g00fb537.

Workaround is native qcap.dll

Native quartz and gdiplus required to work around other bugs.
