[Bug 42631] Mouse input cause camera drift in multiple games: Unity-engine games, Fallout4, etc

Fallout 4 uses Bethesda's Creation Engine, so i believe it is 90% sure, that
the bug related to Fallout 4 is totally different and needs a separate bug
entry.
