Backtrace of winemenubuilder has encountered problem on Wine 1.7.20

After installing the InnoSetup installer, this error now appears the first time
any Wine app is launched.  Launching multiple apps in wine only triggers it on
the first app...  Doesn't seem to matter which app is launched in wine, all
trigger it after that installer has been run...
