[Bug 45938] Mouse issues in FFXIV (jittery movement, clicks count as drags )

Confirmed. winehq-devel, or built wine-staging 3.17 excluding the
server-send_hardware_message patch do not have the bug present. 

The mouse click issue is still present, so I'll open another bug report on
that.
