[Bug 41727] rundll32.exe error after upgrading wine staging

Dear Staging,

After upgrading to staging 2.3, I noticed that instead of getting this error, I
got a prompt about missing Wine Mono.  It gave me an option to install it,
which I and it did.

Did you guy fix yet another one by chance?
